Martin and Deborah were called into the ministry in 2015. They have since served as pastors in Sacramento, CA and Lowell, MA. They have come to the Island with contagious love for community and a great desire to possess Staten Island for Jesus Christ. Their union is blessed with Josie, Jeffrey, Matthias and Malachi.
Victory Worship Center is a multiethnic wing of The Church of Pentecost and is guided by an overarching theme “Possessing the Nations”. We intend to equip the church to transform our sphere of influence with values and principles of the Kingdom of God. Our overall goal and strategic objective is to have positive impact on the church and the community we serve.
